Award-Winning Makeup Artist and Mrs. Elite United USA Launches Lei Wai Beauty

Kecia Littman brings decades of beauty expertise to a brand rooted in confidence, wellness, and Hawaiʻi-inspired self-care 

HONOLULU, HI — After more than two decades helping others look and feel their best, Native Hawaiian makeup artist Kecia Littman is building a beauty brand of her own.  Littman is the founder of Lei Wai Beauty, a Hawaiʻi-based beauty brand rooted in confidence, self-care, and authenticity. The company recently launched its first product line, Luxury Tinted Lip Oils, marking a new chapter for the longtime beauty professional, entrepreneur, and educator. 

For Littman, Lei Wai Beauty is the culmination of years spent working in the beauty industry and supporting clients through some of life's most meaningful moments. 

"Throughout my career, I've seen how beauty can help people feel more confident and comfortable in their own skin," said Littman. "Lei Wai was created to celebrate that feeling and to encourage people to embrace who they are." 

A licensed esthetician, certified life coach, meditation instructor, and professional makeup artist, Littman has built a career that extends far beyond cosmetics. Her work has included fashion, film, television, commercial, and editorial projects, as well as one-on-one client services that focus on confidence and personal transformation. 

Her expertise has been featured in local and national publications. Over the years, she has worked with clients from all walks of life, helping them prepare for the big screen, weddings, professional milestones, special events, and everyday moments. 

“My mom, who passed away in 2021, inspired me to start Lei Wai Beauty as a platform supporting women as they navigate grief,” said Littman. “I miss her every day.”

In June 2026, Littman was crowned Mrs. Elite United USA after earning the title of Mrs. Hawaiʻi Elite United USA. She uses her platform to advocate for self-confidence, personal growth, and empowerment while representing Hawaiʻi on a national stage.  Lei Wai Beauty reflects many of those same values. 

"The brand is about more than beauty products," said Littman. "It's about confidence, wellness, and creating space for people to feel good about themselves." 

Lei Wai Beauty's first offering, Luxury Lip Oils, was designed to provide a simple beauty staple that complements a variety of skin tones and lifestyles. While the lip oils are the company's initial product, Littman envisions continued growth for the brand in the years ahead.
