Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed for shipment within 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) after your payment is confirmed.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will be notified if there is a significant delay in processing your order.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather delays).
  • Delivery times do not include processing time.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on weight of the package, destination, and chosen shipping method.
  • You can view the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship within the United States of America.
  • For inquiries on international shipping, contact info@hileiwai.com.
  • We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. 
  • You can track the progress of you shipment using the provided tracking number.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after you order has shipped.

Shipping Address:

  • Upon checkout, please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • Lei Wai™ Beauty is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. However, if such an issue arises, please contact us at info@hileiwai.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items as they may be required for the claim process.
